Whylie, a bully mix, came to Sit Happens RVA shortly after Sharon brought him home. His background was unknown, but Sharon believed he hadn’t spent much time indoors. Whylie was struggling with potty training. He also had a hard time with walks. Each time Sharon took him out for a walk around her neighborhood, Whylie would lie down on the sidewalk when it was time to come home. At 60 pounds, getting Whylie up once he decided to stop was no easy task.
Through Sit Happens RVA’s in-home 4 lesson package, Sharon was given the tools she needed to communicate effectively with her new pet. Whylie learned about healthy boundaries, crate training, potty training, and most importantly how to walk with Sharon on a leash!
